We have introduced a new Website Tracking page inside the Integrations section. When you create a source, you can now access a detailed setup area with everything in one place. Install tracking via Google Tag Manager, view API keys, manage authorized referrers, enable auto-tracking, handle form submissions, and adjust cookie settings. You can also configure attribute mapping directly from this page, making setup and tracking management much simpler.

We’ve added delay options to Journeys. You can now schedule email, SMS, and push notifications to send based on the recipient’s time zone. This helps you control exactly when messages are sent without creating separate flows for each region.

We’ve launched the Slack message editor, a full visual builder for customizing the Slack notifications sent from Journeys. You can now write, edit, and preview Slack messages like you would in an email editor. Add personalization variables, drag in dynamic content, or let AI generate the copy based on your end goal. It’s fast, flexible, and gives your internal alerts the polish they deserve.

Android push notification destination added. We’ve officially added Android push support. That means you can now send push notifications to Android users directly from GrowthOS.

We’ve shipped Research Agent, your new way to research users and accounts directly from GrowthOS.
Here’s how it works: You give Research Agent one or more attributes (like job title, company name, or industry), and it goes out to the internet to find relevant context. It then either updates the existing attributes or creates new ones inside the user or account profile.

Attributes generated by AI agents (Research, Lifecycle, and Qualification Agent) are now available directly in user and account attributes. You can use them just like any other data point across segments, journeys, and experiences.
No separate calculated attributes.

We have released Snippets, which let you reuse content blocks across email, SMS, and more — without rebuilding them every time. You can also turn on Smart Snippets, where AI generates personalized snippet content for each user using prompts. Add a fallback to make sure there's always a backup if no value exists.

Previously limited to the homepage, Noa(Super Agent) is now available on every page across GrowthOS.

We’ve shipped a completely new Home + Chat experience. You can now talk to GrowthOS right from the homepage—just type what you want to build (“create a churn recovery journey,” “build a welcome email sequence”) and it’ll ask the right questions, then auto-generate the full journey for you. Pretty cool, right?

We’re rolling out Journey 2.0, a major upgrade to how you build, track, and optimize lifecycle workflows. The new Journey Canvas gives you a smoother, more flexible way to design experiences across channels. You can now zoom and pan freely, manage branches without clutter, and edit steps without losing context.
